We are excited to welcome a new Planning and Development Surveyor to our team, ideally on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role:
As a Planning and Development Surveyor, you will play a vital role in collaborating with our Joint Venture Partner to identify, promote, and realize the development potential of surplus assets, thereby adding significant value before these assets are sold to generate essential capital receipts.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere project management; you will lead public consultation initiatives, draft planning applications, create design and access statements, produce feasibility reports and viability assessments, represent clients at planning committee meetings and appeals, and negotiate S. Agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a similar role within the industry, complemented by:
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Development Surveyor. Professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Real Estate discipline. Proven experience in planning and development surveying, with a focus on producing viability assessments. In-depth knowledge of relevant planning legislation and familiarity with local planning frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with various internal and external parties. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a large, multidisciplinary team.Our Offer:
