About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our Adoption & Automation team at easyJet. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess business needs and create designs that align with organisational objectives.
  • Utilise your proficiency in process review and automation to optimise workflows, improve user experience, and liberate valuable resources.
  • Promote the adoption of new processes and tools within the workplace, ensuring they are user-friendly, meet the needs of employees, and are effectively integrated into existing workflows.
Requirements
  • Experience within a Business analysis/Service Architect/User Adoption Specialist role (or similar) preferably within an IT department or within a role that utilised technology to deliver business value.
  • Knowledge of Next Think or similar tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as facilitation and negotiation.
  • Familiar with working with and managing stakeholders and customers whilst delivering technology solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of simplifying/optimising and automating IT and Business processes.
  • Experience with IT analytics to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code solutions, preferably Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Experience creating and presenting Service/Process based documentation and/or detailed technical design documentation.
