About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a positive and engaging store environment
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store and company standards, including retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management to ensure a peak-ready store
  • Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries, as well as replenishment processes

Requirements

  • Passion for our brands and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Great communication skills and ability to positively engage with customers
  • Flexibility to work across peak periods, including the six weeks leading up to Christmas
  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs and proactive in going above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
