About the Role
We are seeking a Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during peak trading
- Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Adhere to store and company standards for retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security
