About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Grafton Manor, a 19-bed service providing highly specialised neuro-behavioural rehabilitation for men and women aged 18 years and older, with an acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and strokes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients during their stay
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and rehabilitation
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Support patients with cognitive, behavioural, and emotional changes resulting from brain injury
