Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Sorbon Estates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving value through active management, growing income through lease renewals and rent reviews, and leading a team to achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Drive value through active management, minimising vacancies and identifying opportunities for property improvements.
- Grow income through favourable lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Lead a team to achieve financial targets, including budgeted rent, occupancy, and expenditure.
- Oversee tenant satisfaction and retention, maintaining the presentation of properties and managing service charges.
- Ensure compliance with tenant covenants and relevant standards.
We are a privately-owned company with a diverse portfolio of prime high street shops, offices, industrial units, and marinas. Our properties are located in the south-east of England, with most within a 30-minute drive from our Beaconsfield office. We take a long-term approach to creating spaces that work for our occupiers.
