About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset and Property Manager to join our team at Sorbon Estates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving value, growing income, and leading our team to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive value through active management, minimising vacancies and identifying opportunities to improve our properties.
  • Growing income by negotiating favourable lease renewals and handling rent reviews to secure the best possible rents.
  • Leadership: inspire and motivate your team, suggest ways to improve the workplace, and develop a collaborative approach across the company.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted rent, occupancy, and expenditure targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of commercial properties, fostering strong relationships with occupiers and maintaining the presentation of all properties.
  • Manage service charges, oversee tenant covenants and compliance, and handle day-to-day tenant and landlord issues.
