Friday Night Lights is a dynamic and growing brand that brings people together for unique and engaging experiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our operations and help drive our business forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering our events, ensuring they meet both financial and experiential goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive plans and procedures to refine and professionalize our documentation and planning processes.
  • Managing the financial performance of events, ensuring profit and loss accountability.
  • Overseeing the profit and loss of events, ensuring they are run efficiently within budget.
  • Managing event crew members, including our Operations Manager and other key team members, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Translating creative ideas into structured, reasonable, and executable plans and documents.
  • Being hands-on and available to work on event sites, in vans, and in warehouses when needed.

The role is hybrid working, London based, with most work done remotely and the remainder spent on event sites delivering events.

Working in a small business can be challenging, with long days, weekends, and stressful work during the summer season.
