Contentious Construction Solicitor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor to join our growing team of specialists. As a mid to senior level lawyer, you will be responsible for handling contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.

You will work closely with our non-contentious team, advising on project solutions for clients from procurement, negotiation, contracting, and delivery. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Work closely with the non-contentious team to advise on project solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Construction department

Requirements

  • Associate Solicitor with at least 3 + years PQE
  • Experience of real estate contentious construction matters in a leading national or regional practice
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisation skills
  • Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
