Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) that cater to the individual requirements of each student.
- Employ various communication strategies, including Makaton, PECS, and alternative communication tools.

Desirable Qualities:

- Prior experience in a similar educational setting or role.
