About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Heidi Wright Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial management and compliance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit timely financial reports to our stakeholders, including donors and investors.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting financial performance.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with our finance team to develop and implement financial plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our financial operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Finance Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Financial Skills: Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, and experience with financial planning and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to support our global programs.
