At Zendr, we're seeking a forward-thinking and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective onboarding, regular reviews, and training to maximize customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding regular reviews by phone and email to support our existing members and drive success
  • Carrying out ongoing training and follow-up sessions to ensure our dental products are fully utilized
  • Providing exceptional customer service on our helpline, ensuring response times meet agreed targets
  • Managing priority lists to establish customer needs and drive referrals
  • Managing and dealing with own cancellations, with the ability to overcome objections and provide effective solutions
  • Assisting with onboarding practices, including setup and adoption of our cross-products
  • Presenting on our lunchtime webinars and providing continual feedback for software development
  • Managing renewals on all cross-products

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Customer Success role
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Software Support Environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
  • Willingness to learn and take on various activities and seek new initiatives
  • Ability to work well within a small team and on their own initiative
