Gold Group is seeking an experienced Delay Analyst to join our dynamic consultancy in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing planning and delay analysis support to clients on a diverse range of commissions within the UK construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project schedules, incorporating all necessary activities, resources, and constraints.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for accurate project planning.
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning software tools.
- Monitor project progress, tracking actual versus planned performance, and reporting on schedule variances.
- Contribute to the identification and analysis of project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant project information and gain practical construction industry experience.
- Hold a construction-related qualification - Degree / HND / HNC.
- Basic understanding of construction planning principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with planning software tools is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project stakeholders and team members.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Starting salary of between £55-80,000 per annum.
