Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Administrative Coordinator to join our Older People's Triage service within the Older Peoples Community Mental Health Services.

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Older People's Triage Service, including proficiency in clinical systems such as e-referral service and Lorenzo. The successful applicant will exhibit strong organizational skills and collaborate closely with Clinicians to ensure seamless referral processes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include clinic management, processing referrals through the patient administration system Lorenzo and ERS, general administrative tasks, and taking minutes when necessary.

The successful candidate will be required to uphold Trust standards while managing electronic and computerized records.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

  • Advanced keyboard skills: RSA/OCR III or equivalent/Advanced ECDL
  • Minimum of 3 GCSE/O levels, including English and Maths

  • Familiarity with medical terminology

  • Proven experience in relevant practices and procedures
  • Knowledge and experience with IT systems such as Lorenzo, ESR, health roster, and oracle
