Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Candy Hoover Group S.r.l. as a Field Service Engineer. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across North West London and the surrounding areas, and fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Managing your time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress
  • Managing stock levels in your van day by day
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects
  • Ability to work in restricted spaces
  • Regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision
