About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Management professional to lead our category team in the UK. As Head of Category Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing the category vision and strategy for Haribo and MAOAM Brands across the UK retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and embedding of the Haribo Category vision and strategy for the future of sweets.
  • Develop best-in-class external retailer relationships to become the trusted category partner of choice.
  • Deliver retailer-specific insight and context to market performance analysis.
  • Represent the channel view in the CP&A and Stage & Gate process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in category management, with a strong understanding of the UK retail landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
