We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Welsh medium primary school in Newport.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced teaching staff to deliver high-quality lessons and support the development of our pupils.

As a Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the teacher in delivering successful lessons, working with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, and building and maintaining professional relationships with other staff members.

Key skills for this role include empathy, using your own initiative, creativity, and punctuality. You will also need to be a fluent Welsh speaker and have an enhanced DBS check.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive regular, long-term work, weekly pay of between £450 and £500, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team.
