Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing services to our patients, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to our service standards and protocols.
  • Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy, or administer therapies to patients in accordance with service-specific protocols.
  • Participate in telephone calls, virtual calls, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide solutions that support patients and healthcare providers in delivering a seamless service between hospital and home.
  • Ensure a high standard of service is established and delivered for all customers and patients.
  • Travel requirements across regions.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse on NMC register.
  • Subcutaneous injection experience.
  • Computer literate.
