About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our team at Healthnet Homecare. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Patient Care: Assist in providing exceptional standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals.
  • Teaching and Support: Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients in accordance with service-specific protocols in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Patient Support Programmes: Participate in telephone calls, virtual calls, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes.
  • Seamless Service Delivery: Assist in providing solutions that will support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and the home.
  • High Standard of Service: Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel requirements across regions.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse: You will be a registered nurse and passionate about delivering first-class patient care.
  • Essential Skills
    • Registered Nurse on NMC register
    • Subcutaneous injection experience
    • Computer literate
  • Desirable Skills
    • 5 years post-registration experience
    • Previous homecare experience
    • Cannulation experience
    • Venepuncture experience
    • Previous experience in the administration of IV therapies
