Job Description

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer - Technology Leadership

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology Leadership team at TD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of IT professionals to deliver business solutions
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work closely with IT leadership to ensure ongoing focus on reusability, scalability, and enterprise-wide solutions
  • Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process for all ongoing projects
  • Comply with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices and standards
  • Track major project deliverables and ensure operational, reputational, and intellectual risks are understood
  • Keep informed of technology solutions initiatives and IT direction across TD
  • Prioritize and manage own workload and support workload of team members
  • Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team
  • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units
  • Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Graduate degree, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software applications
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
