Job Description

Senior C# and React Full Stack Developer

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior C# and React Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Senior C# and React Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing all components of modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using C# and React.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the technology created/maintained by the delivery team.
  • Develop solutions to a high standard that is maintainable, testable, and meets the requirements' acceptance criteria.
  • Adhere to development best practices and processes.
  • Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and introduce ideas, and keep abreast of the latest technologies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven experience designing and building event-driven user interfaces.
  • 6+ years of proven experience designing and building back-end services and processes in C#.
  • Web frameworks such as React, Typescript.
  • SQL Server/MongoDB/Postgres SQL or equivalents.
  • Modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Agile and scrum development methodologies.
  • Methodical approach to software architecture and design and experience employing the right design choices for a given project.
  • Experience leading a team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading trading house that operates across the energy, commodities, equities, and other financial markets. As a Senior C# and React Full Stack Developer, you will be working closely with the trading desk to build out a Greenfield Trading system. You will be involved in architectural design, team leadership, development, and deployment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £140,000 + a strong bonus.
  • A hybrid working model with 2 days per week (sometimes less) in the office, based in London City.
