Role Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Service Analyst to join our Group Technology team on a fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and ensuring the seamless transition of projects into active status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating the development of a comprehensive demand pipeline across the organization to ensure all requests are processed through the Service Transition framework.
  • Assisting in the management of the Service Transition process, leading review meetings, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that all issues and actions are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Maintaining the Release Calendar to ensure all deployments are scheduled appropriately.
  • Contributing to the preparation of Monthly Reporting packs to provide insights into service performance.
  • Monitoring and reviewing all projects as they progress through the Service Readiness Process, ensuring adherence to governance standards.
  • Promoting awareness of Service Transition practices within the organization and leading training sessions to enhance understanding.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A solid understanding of best practice IT Service Management processes (ITIL).
  • Experience in collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proven experience in supporting production IT services within the ITIL framework.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable.
