Job Title: Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse

LeviCare Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in the Wakefield area. As a Band 6 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient-centered care, focusing on risk and safety management and safeguarding adult patients of all ages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver care and interventions aimed at stabilizing mental health crises, ensuring patient safety and promoting recovery.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence, dignity, privacy, and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care is provided, including coordinating with other services within the Care Trust.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in relevant areas.
  • A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in mental health care.
  • Experience working with patients in mental health crisis situations.
  • Experience in multi-agency collaboration and working across service interfaces.
