As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care within the professional and ethical standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct holistic assessments of patients using evidence-based tools to determine their mental health needs.
* Develop comprehensive care plans that reflect patient needs, with interventions aimed at managing mental health risks and treatments.
* Implement skilled nursing interventions based on the agreed care plan, while continuously evaluating and updating it to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to care plans, and participating in meetings to ensure coordinated care delivery.

Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nursing Certificate (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
* Strong skills in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Working Hours:

* 12-hour shift
* 8-hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
