Job Title: Applications Specialist, Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As an Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pathology laboratory diagnostics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic systems.
  • Onboard new customers by engaging with their teams and facilitating a smooth launch process.
  • Travel to customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and provide application assistance.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they get the most out of our diagnostic solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an application specialist role, preferably with a specialization in haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to travel throughout southern England, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
