We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at the James Cook University Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on Ward 14, a busy 20-bedded inpatient oncology unit.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Current NMC registration and a Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
