We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Business Applications team as an Application Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on the use of our software applications
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the analyst/developer team to resolve technical issues and improve software functionality
  • Provide business information and analysis through PowerBI, SSRS, and Excel reports
  • Work with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software applications and business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our office in Evesham
