Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our Registered Manager and carers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor carers to ensure they are delivering high-quality care services
- Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure they are satisfied with the care they receive
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
- Assist with completing carers' and clients' weekly rotas
- Provide care in accordance with best practices and company policies
- Provide on-call duties to our emergency out-of-hours service
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
- 6 months' experience in care services
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
