Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our Registered Manager and carers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor carers to ensure they are delivering high-quality care services
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure they are satisfied with the care they receive
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Assist with completing carers' and clients' weekly rotas
  • Provide care in accordance with best practices and company policies
  • Provide on-call duties to our emergency out-of-hours service
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • 6 months' experience in care services
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
