Role Responsibilities:

The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients, crafting proposals, and overseeing the sales cycle from initiation to closure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a designated territory, engaging in direct sales and collaborating with partners to uncover new business opportunities. A comprehensive understanding of NetDocuments' offerings, competitive landscape, and the legal technology sector is essential.

Key Contributions:

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients in the legal sector.
  • Educate potential clients on the advantages of NetDocuments' solutions for their organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives to manage leads effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilize a systematic approach for follow-ups, nurturing, and qualifying leads through phone and email communications.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling to legal departments within large organizations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
