About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and build confidence in a school environment.

No prior professional experience is required, but preference will be given to candidates with childcare or personal experience. The right character is essential to make a positive impact on student development.

The students you will support may have complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, various forms of Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be to assist with daily classroom activities and provide 1:1 support, creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom, 1:1, or small group support to students.
  • Monitor and manage student behaviour.
  • Engage students in their learning.
