Job Summary:

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers and support the development of students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to students
  • Assist with the supervision of students during lessons and breaks
  • Help to maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Provide individual support to students who require additional help
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom culture

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
