Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of service-users to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with service-users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage risks associated with unpredictable user groups and provide support in settings with limited mental health professional resources.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
