About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Picker to join our client's production team at their London plant, which is their largest distribution centre in Europe. As a Picker, you will play a pivotal role in our client's operation to deliver product to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a LLOP truck to pick production orders
  • Assist with general production operative duties, supporting the production and packing lines
  • Take instruction and guidance from qualified production operatives
  • Follow safe operating procedures and comply with Health & Safety measures
  • Ensure the area and work station remain clean and tidy at all times
  • Identify, highlight, and escalate any product quality issues by following site procedures
  • Deliver and maintain both individual and team targets to satisfy customer demand
Working Environment

You will be working as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced production environment. The role involves a continental shift pattern following a set rotation schedule, with an average of 39 hours per week and regular overtime opportunities.
