About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Capital Projects team in delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project workflows, ensuring compliance with ISS procedures, approved codes of practice, and CDM requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, ISS teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, including project files, status reports, and commercial management records.
  • Lead by example, motivating and engaging with key stakeholders and ISS teams.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, adhering to company processes for risk assessment, training, safe working, accident reporting, and investigation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in building upgrades or capital plant replacement.
  • Experience in managing a program of works and delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Formal project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A range of experience across project work, including CDM, customer service, and financial accountability.
