Project Controls Engineer

As a Project Controls Engineer with Turner & Townsend Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.

We are looking for a skilled Project Controls Engineer to join our Manchester office and support projects across various sectors, including energy, renewables, defence, rail, and utilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collating progress data from multiple teams to update project/programme schedule in Primavera P6
  2. Collating cost data from multiple teams to support budget requests & update cost report
  3. Preparing monthly reports measuring progress against baseline
  4. Supporting the Project Controls Manager on governance & assurance of Project Controls processes

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients to deliver best practice Controls, Planning, Analytics, and Reporting, Risk, Change, Resource and Performance Management Solutions.

We are looking for a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with some experience in a project control environment. You should have experience of working in a project or programme management environment, with responsibility for delivery or controls of individual projects, programmes or portfolios.

Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
