Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective service
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
