About the Role:
Oxford Instruments is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our Materials Analysis business as a trusted advisor and business partner. The successful candidate will handle the day-to-day legal affairs of the business, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advisory services to the management team of OI Materials Analysis, handling contract management procedures and supporting the Group Legal team with various legal matters.
- Enhance contract management procedures and ensure the business complies with applicable laws, processes, and procedures.
- Offer guidance to the OI Materials Analysis team on contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters, including dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to negotiate contracts with customers and review public procurement tender documents.
- Support OI Materials Analysis in new initiatives and play a role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years PQE Qualified
- Experience in international law and jurisdictions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid role
