The Role

As a Commercial Technology and Data Protection Partner, you will:

  • Lead and expand the Birmingham commercial technology and data protection practice, setting strategic direction and driving growth.
  • Provide expert legal advice on matters including IT contracts, outsourcing, data protection compliance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects across a range of private sectors including distribution, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive business development efforts, leveraging your network and expertise to attract and retain high-value clients.

  • Extensive experience at partner level in commercial technology and/or data protection law, with a proven track record of success.
