Overview

Navartis Ltd, a leading recruitment firm specializing in the global Transportation, Civil Engineering, and Utility sectors, is seeking skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineers to contribute to a significant Station delivery project in North West London, ensuring quality management across the project team and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance Plan, collaborating with the QACH Manager and team members to comply with relevant standards (including ISO 9001) and procedures.
  • Integrate specific quality and construction assurance requirements into each tender package under the guidance of the Quality Manager and QACH Manager.
  • Engage with the project team to verify that all requirements are fulfilled, enabling timely authorization for project commencement.
  • Work alongside the Project Team, suppliers, and stakeholders to implement and uphold a progressive assurance system, which includes benchmarking, site inspections, testing, and thorough documentation.
  • Ensure that relevant audits are conducted and reports are generated promptly.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into quality incidents to ascertain facts and root causes, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Support the project team in liaising with external auditing bodies to uphold necessary certifications.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
  • Background in Project or Site Engineering.
  • Familiarity with the industry and experience in a project-oriented environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with project team members, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience pertaining to the specific works area.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and assess information effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, including senior management.
  • A proactive and inquisitive approach to audit activities.
