Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the work environment to ensure safety standards are upheld and that all equipment is kept in pristine condition.
  • Share accountability for the execution and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure completion of daily safety inspections in accordance with established SOPs and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Monitor and document production rates while ensuring compliance with weight specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to guarantee that all necessary labels, packaging, and materials are prepared and available prior to production.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Essential: Previous experience with SOPs and a background in food manufacturing (preferably in salads).
  • Proficient in English and Mathematics.
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Food Hygiene practices.
