Merco Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients with acute mental health needs.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a unit where extensive multidisciplinary team (MDT) support is offered to patients and colleagues alike. You will work alongside a team of professionals, including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to NMC standards and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the MDT to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, utilizing excellent verbal and written skills.
