Job Title: Account Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Support Executive to join our internal sales team. As an Account Support Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with our customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our product and service teams to stay up-to-date on new offerings and ensure that our customers are aware of the benefits and value they can bring to their business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
