About Maslow's
Maslow's encompasses a collection of innovative hospitality brands. Our goal is to develop and manage unique workspaces, members' clubs, restaurants, and bars in vibrant neighborhoods and picturesque settings. Our first location, Mortimer House, opened in Fitzrovia, followed by our second venue in Soho.
The Role
We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Bartender to enhance our vibrant team. If you possess a talent for mixology, a welcoming demeanor, and thrive in a bustling atmosphere, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Efficiently take drink orders and serve patrons with precision.
- Prepare and mix a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages tailored to customer preferences and our offerings.
- Exhibit expertise in cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Process cash transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Engage with guests, fostering relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, reputable venue is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
