We proudly launched our first venue, Mortimer House, in Fitzrovia, followed by our second location in Soho.

The Role

We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Mixology Specialist to become part of our energetic team. If you possess a talent for crafting beverages, a welcoming demeanor, and excel in a bustling environment, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

As a Mixology Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include delivering a delightful and unforgettable experience for our patrons, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcoming and greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Efficiently taking drink orders and serving guests with precision.
  • Creating and preparing a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages tailored to customer preferences and our offerings.
  • Exhibiting expertise in various cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Keeping the bar area clean and organized, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Processing cash transactions and accurately handling payments.
  • Engaging with customers, fostering relationships, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  • Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Bartender in a busy and esteemed establishment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
