Job Description

As a member of the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) team, you will report to the Head of Safety Assurance. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective systems to manage data, verifying the competence of those working for or on behalf of Trinity, and ensuring the accuracy of training data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain procedures for verifying technical competencies.
  • Request, collate, and manage data confirming levels of competency.
  • Facilitate and support the delivery of induction training for LDP operational teams.
  • Liaise with training providers to verify data provided by the LDP's.
  • Undertake checks on data provided by the LDP's to verify accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Keep all training data up to date each month.
  • Undertake an agreed number of checks every month to verify data accuracy.
  • Specific projects to drive improved performance in agreed timescales.
Critical Dependencies

You will require the support of and must engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the Head of Safety & Assurance, Trinity Project/Site Managers, and other relevant teams.

Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Able to show further development in management skills through formal qualification, training, or experience.
  • Experience in delivery of training.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of systems.
