Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Urban Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality planning services to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a range of planning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Offer expert guidance to clients regarding planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and necessary documentation.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations, feasibility assessments, and environmental studies.
- Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and other relevant entities to negotiate planning approvals and address planning challenges.

Qualifications
- Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-chartership experience in urban planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant planning software and IT skills.
