**Engineering Manager (UK&I)**

£85,000-£100,000 PLUS 15% BONUS AND car allowance/car

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Outsource UK, a global bulk liquid storage and distribution firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring existing assets, plant modifications, and new installations are compliant with company policies, procedures, industry best practices, and legal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, industry best practices, and legal requirements for pipelines, pipework, storage tanks, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, containment systems, structures, cathodic protection, and electrical & utility systems.
  • Develop and review policies, strategies, standards, and key performance indicators to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Manage engineering resources to ensure designs, scopes of work, multidisciplinary design reviews, technical bid analysis, MOC reviews, and commissioning plans are developed/performed in accordance with agreed project schedules.
  • Manage engineering resources to ensure timeliness and quality of technical responses to Engineering Queries and preparation of Technical Instructions required by maintenance.
  • Validate the necessity and cost-effectiveness of all Project OPEX and CAPEX investment works.
  • Management of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a regulated industry (Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical industry is desirable).
  • Experience in managing cross-departmental projects.
