Composite Technician

Job Summary
The Blade Operator role involves the execution of manual processes in a production environment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform composite processes, including layup, preform & foam, blade build, resin injection, and deflash.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality and environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Repair and maintain equipment and tools as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Be flexible and willing to learn new skills and work across different cells.
- Take ownership of quality and EHS standards.
- Have experience working in a flow line production environment and be familiar with materials processing.
- Possess good manual dexterity.
