Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee and deliver projects across the full project lifecycle - from discovery and design to development, testing, and final launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading project teams and client stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets for large-scale initiatives.
  • Facilitating and leading internal and external meetings.
  • Planning, creating, and communicating scopes of work and project specifications in collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Managing scope changes and providing effective change management.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation in project management software, including tasks, schedules and time tracking.
  • Ensuring delivery against relevant KPIs and objectives.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and working with client strategists to roadmap future plans.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional projects that provide value to clients.
  • Leading debrief meetings to ensure key learnings are carried forward to future projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects in a digital agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Experience working with clients in a variety of sectors.
