About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Director to join our established health sector within Mace, which is currently experiencing an exciting and sustained period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams in the successful delivery of multiple healthcare projects or programmes.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key senior stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive working environment, and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the people you manage.
Requirements
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the healthcare sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Ability to grow existing client accounts and win work with new clients.
